Education and Skills Training Career Exploration at Thompson Rivers University gives student the opportunity to explore entry level employment or examine what further training they may need to get a job that fits their interests.

In the program, students examine their strengths and interests, develop employment goals, build strong work habits and skills, and are given the opportunity to earn additional certificates in Health and Safety and Customer Service. 

The program is 32 weeks in length and runs from September to May. Students divide their time between classroom instruction and practical skill development.
